To celebrate Climate Action Week and to further explore the Science Strand of Living Things, all classes in St. Margarets NS planted an assortment of tulip bulbs in our fantastic Greenhouse.

Our challenge for Active Week was to get everyone moving. All children in St. Margaret’s N.S. were asked to engage in a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity each day.
Our slogan for Diversity Week was “Diversity is the one true thing we all have in common…let’s celebrate.” On Monday 20th June we launched the diversity flag and throughout the week each class participated in various activities to celebrate diversity.
We are committed to our Green Code to “Be fantastic, Get Rid of Plastic”. Take a look at this video, compiled by our Green Team. It explains why and how we hope to protect our marine environment.
Registration is now opened for St. Margaret’s GAA Summer Camp 2022. This camp will take place over 5 days in July… Mon 4th, Tues 5th, Wed 6th, Thurs 7th and Fri 8th and from 10am to 2pm (Nursery 12pm) each day.
We would sincerely like to thank the DAA for the funding we received from the Dublin Airport Community Fund towards our new Ball Stop Nets. These durable nets are a fantastic addition to our yard extension and are much needed for our weekly Gaelic and soccer training sessions.
