Congratulations to Oisín Daly who won the Mr. Mooney Shield Swimming Competition for 2025. St. Margaret’s N.S. retired principal, Mr. Mooney and last years winner Michael Stankevics was delighted to present the coveted shield to him in person. Well done to all the children who participated.

From the 7th – 11th April our school’s Parents’ Association is running an Easter Activities fundraiser & Raffle.
€6 per child covers entry to Easter egg hunt and two guessing games. Parents can now pay on Aladdin. The PA are also selling raffle tickets for a bumper Easter raffle.

We are delighted to announce that St. Margaret’s NS has been named the overall winner of the Picker Pals 2025 Art Competition! Ms. Duffy’s 3rd and 4th class pupils created an eye-catching poster of our school using recycled materials, showcasing both their creativity and commitment to sustainability.
