During Seachtain na Gaeilge the children took part in Irish activities throughout the week. Some of these activities included Irish themed art, crosswords, quizzes and snakes and ladders. On Friday 12th March we finished off the school week with Lá Glas and the children dressed up in green clothing and St. Patrick’s Day themed outfits. A ceilí mór was held in school on the Friday and everyone enjoyed dancing to some wonderful Irish music.
